HOW TO ORDER? 🤔

  • Create an account

  • Start shopping (Add items to your cart)  🛒

  • Choose your mode of payment (Click the Manual Payment if you wish to pay via GCash or bank transfer (BPI/BDO Pay). Payment details will be provided once your order has been confirmed.

  • Choose how you would like your order to be shipped.

  • We ship thru J&T Express, NinjaVan, Grab, Lalamove or Mr. Speedy

​

  • Kindly wait for an order confirmation from us. Payment must be settled first prior to shipping. 😊

​

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order/s has/have been shipped.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS? 🤔

  • We accept payments thru: bank transfer (BPI / BDO Pay), GCash. Please choose Manual Payment as your mode of payment during checkout.


  • Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation 


  • We also accept payments thru Paypal (with additional charge). From 2.9% + ₱15 per transaction. 

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE? 🤔

  • Shipping fee will be calculated based on the weight of the items and the destination.

  • We ship thru:

    •     J&T Express

    •     NinjaVan

    •     Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy

​

  • Higher priced items such as bags, tagged with free shipping will be shipped thru Grab, Lalamove or Mr. Speedy (Same day delivery for orders placed and confirmed before 4PM).

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING LEAD TIME? 🤔

Within Metro Manila:

  • JT Express: 2-3 days 

  • NinjaVan: 2-3 working days

​

Outside Metro Manila:

  • Lead time may take up to 10 days

​

Same Day Delivery for orders processed before 4PM will be shipped via: 

  • Grab

  • Lalamove

  • Mr. Speedy

WHAT IS A LAYAWAY PAYMENT? 🤔

  • The term "layaway" refers to the retail purchasing method in which consumers place a deposit on items of merchandise—to "lay them away" for later pick-up at a time when they have the funds to pay the balance in full.


How?

  • Make an initial down payment (25% of the purchase price)

  • Pay the remaining balance up to 60 days.

  • Item will be shipped once the balance is paid in full.

  • Only the higher priced items (e.g. bags) worth ₱5,000 and up are eligible for layaway.

  • 25% deposit is fully refundable when cancelled within 30 days.
